Nigeria unveiled “Service-Wise GPT,” an AI-driven tool designed to enhance public service efficiency. Launched at the Global Government Summit 2025 in Singapore, this tool aims to streamline access to government information, automate policy drafting, and improve administrative workflows. Early trials have shown a 73% improvement in time efficiency for users, with a 90% satisfaction rate as stated by the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Didi Esther Walson-Jack, OON.
